At BFF Agency, I had the opportunity to conduct concept-stage usability testing of the digital cellar door experience in the restaurant setting and conduct in depth study in service design to create a flexible, intuitive digital experience that can fit into different scenarios, addressing business goals, and taking customers on a whole-new cellar door experience that they never expected.

Zonzo embarked on an initiative to enhance its customer experience through the introduction of a digital cellar door mobile web app. The objective was to seamlessly integrate technology into Zonzo's offerings, elevating the overall experience for patrons.
Process
UX Testing for Refinement
Rigorous usability testing was conducted to refine user interaction and streamline ordering processes. Through meticulous testing, key pain points and opportunities for improvement were identified to optimize the customer journey.
Service Design Analysis
Simultaneously, service design analysis was undertaken to guide the integration of the digital cellar door into both restaurant and physical cellar door contexts. Insights led to the development of refined recommendations aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
outcome
The implementation of the digital cellar door initiative marked a significant milestone for Zonzo, setting a new standard for winery hospitality in the Yarra Valley.
Integration of the digital cellar door with existing systems and optimization of menu readability collectively improved the overall customer experience and streamlined operations at Zonzo.
